Enrolled Nurse

Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Care
- Administer basic nursing care and patient assessments under the supervision of the RN.
- Monitor and record vital signs and promptly report any abnormal findings.
- Provide wound care, medication administration, and hygiene care as per facility protocols.
2. Documentation and Reporting
- Accurately maintain patient records, updating care plans as required.
- Document and report any adverse reactions to treatments or medications to the RN or physician.
3. Patient Education and Support
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Provide emotional support and counsel patients, helping ease the stress related to medical procedures.
4. Collaboration
- Work in close coordination with the RN, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and interdisciplinary rounds as necessary.
5. Safety and Compliance
- Adhere to safety standards, infection control protocols, and hygiene practices to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and policies.
Skills & Competencies
- Clinical Skills: Strong understanding of nursing fundamentals and patient care techniques.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with patients, families, and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately monitor, document, and report on patient health status.
- Empathy and Compassion: A patient-centered approach with the ability to provide comfort and reassurance.
Qualifications
- Enrolled Certificate
Experience
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in a hospital or similar healthcare environment.
