Job Description

A well-known e-learning, educational and skills training company requires an assertive and target-driven Sales Executive to join the growing team with at least 3 to 5 years of experience within the Occupational Health and Safety Compliance environment.

Responsibilities

1. Planning and implementing effective sales strategies to secure business and achieve sales targets.

2. Planning weekly sales activities, including prospecting activity by setting objectives.

3. Analysing consumer needs and requirements to identify value and opportunities.

4. Ensuring specifications are aligned with the customer and SpecCon Holdings requirements.

5. Preparing and presenting structured proposals.

6. Establishing and maintaining excellent professional business relationships with customers and clients.

7. Maintaining excellent working relationships within all relevant departments of SpecCon Holdings.

8. Adhering to SpecCon Holdings business policies and procedures.

9. Reporting on sales activities and providing relevant operational and market information as required.

10. Competent in planning and managing own sales initiatives and activities.

Requirements

1. Grade 12 or equivalent.

2. High-level IT literacy, MS Office and MS Suites.

3. Must reside in Pretoria/Centurion or Midrand.

4. Must be fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

6. Driver's license and own reliable transport essential.

7. A proven sales track record will be required.
