Minimum requirements:

- Responsible for monthly bookkeeping and payroll administration for multiple clients
- Monthly processing of bank, customers, suppliers, journals
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Preparation of monthly payroll reports, payslips etc
- Preparation of EMP/Payroll returns for salaries and wages
- System experience with: Sage Cloud Payroll, Simple Pay, Sage VIP is advantageous
- Software experience (one or more required): Sage Cloud Accounting, Xero, Quickbooks Online, Pastel partner
- Traveling to clients is required from time to time
