Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical
Location: Netherlands

Vacancy Type: Full-Time

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in mechanical cost management and estimation.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and materials.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Manage cost estimation, procurement, and contracts for mechanical systems.
- Prepare cost reports and monitor project budgets.
- Advise on cost-effective solutions and value engineering.
- Conduct site visits to assess work progress and quality.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
