Job Summary

As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant at TN United Kingdom, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our residential properties. This includes ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standard possible, delivering exceptional customer service, and adhering to Health & Safety procedures.

Main Duties:
  • Clean designated areas to a very high standard using specified methods and schedules.
  • Report any damage or defects to the Assistant Operations Manager.
  • Keep equipment in good working order and report any faults.
  • Address residents, visitors, and staff in accordance with company standards.
  • Attend on-the-job staff customer care and in-house training courses.
  • Report maintenance issues including light bulbs and trip hazards to your manager.
  • Maintain the staff uniform and standards of appearance at all times.
Requirements

Previous experience working as a cleaner in a commercial environment is essential.
