Conveyancing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancer to join our team at Dante Personnel in Cape Town. As a Conveyancing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the conveyancing process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction for our clients.

• Manage the conveyancing process, including drafting and reviewing documents, conducting searches, and liaising with clients and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Deeds Office requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other industry professionals.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing laws and regulations, and implement best practices in the team.

• Admitted Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years post-admission experience in conveyancing, including deeds office experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
