Employment Coordinator

About the Position:
Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Employment Coordinator - Talent Management to join our team in Johannesburg.
This role will involve providing support to the IMEA Entry-Level Recruiting team, focusing on the efficient execution of recruitment tasks and processes.
- Interview Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate interviews, communicating with Partners, Managers, Executive Assistants, and candidates as necessary.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial CV screening, coordinate feedback, and oversee the offer process.
- Recruitment Systems: Maintain and update Workday and other databases to ensure accurate information for firm use.
- Candidate Communication: Oversee the management of communications and 'sell' process with candidates.
- New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate and assist in the new hire onboarding process, including managing start dates and liaising with the HC Operation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics and Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing national and international recruiting events.
- Marketing and Communications: Adapt firm-wide marketing material for recruitment initiatives/events, place adverts, create layout, and coordinate the production of flyers, posters, and ads.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced dynamic client services business environment.
- Recruiting Experience: Recruiting and/or talent management experience preferred.
- International Team Experience: Experience working with international teams is an advantage.
