We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Property Management Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating property-related activities, including rent collection, maintenance, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect rent from tenants and manage the rental income process.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests from tenants, including investigations, repairs, and replacements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and documents.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Grade 12 is required.
  • At least 1 year property management experience is required.
  • Well-versed in English and Afrikaans (Speak, read, write) - a third language proficiency will be advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08h00 - 17h00 (Core hours); flexibility to work outside core hours as required.
