Your Role as Warehouse Manager (Centurion):

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate management of the receiving and dispatch process to ensure smooth inventory control.
  • Effective supervision of warehouse staff to achieve productivity and efficiency goals.
  • Management of full cycle stock control, including assembled stock, to prevent stock losses and damages.
  • Planning and coordination of deliveries and collections to meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or Equivalent qualification.
  • Tertiary Qualification - an added advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years of retail/receiving/warehouse experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of managerial experience with a team of at least 18 staff members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
