Job Title: Millwright Robotics

At Jean Fowlds Consultancy, we are seeking a highly skilled Millwright Robotics professional to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our factory in Krugersdorp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prioritize manufacturing activities to meet production targets.
  • Ensure adherence to work in progress and optimize factory efficiency.
  • Identify and alleviate bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
  • Manage a small team of technical assistants and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Implement and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with key staff in various departments to achieve operational goals.
  • Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of equipment and machinery.
  • Set up and operate rigging systems to move and relocate equipment.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to diagnose and repair equipment.
Requirements:
  • Matric certificate.
  • At least 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Recognized Millwright Trade Certificate.
  • Multi-skilled in Fitting and Basic Electrical.
  • Valid driver's license and own transport required.
  • Experience in electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, pneumatics, and utilities in a factory plant environment.
  • Basic understanding of SCADA and PLC systems.
