Your role at NTT DATA

As a key player, you will oversee strategic Customer Experience (CX) Portfolio initiatives that involve collaboration across various teams. You will manage planning and direction, conduct business and functional analyses, and oversee schedules and budgets. Your role will include monitoring programs from inception to delivery, organizing program activities, ensuring effective communication, and facilitating timely completion within budgetary limits. You will support the overall governance and compliance of solutions while aligning with the CX Portfolio Strategy.

You will track critical deliverables executed by internal teams and partners by defining requirements and conducting feasibility and impact assessments. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive plans and managing all implementation processes, which encompass resource allocation, progress tracking, change control management, testing, documentation, training, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget constraints.

You will execute initiatives from the initial concept to final implementation, coordinating all aspects of delivering CX Portfolio outputs while collaborating with key stakeholders. You will also support governance and compliance of solutions in alignment with the CX Portfolio Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Aggregate data from projects and programs, analyzing it to present in the required formats or reports and dashboards for management decision-making.

- Prepare consolidated financial, status, risk, and issue reports for programs and projects as needed.

- Ensure that the Portfolio delivers solutions within the established budget, on schedule, while meeting quality standards and maintaining client satisfaction.

- Take ownership of all aspects of the full lifecycle of assigned programs.

- Manage client and stakeholder satisfaction, ensuring high service levels and effectively handling escalations.

- Ensure programs meet approved timelines, scopes, quality, and cost targets.

- Monitor and track progress, actively managing risks and issues, escalating as necessary.

Required Skills and Attributes:

- Strong business and commercial acumen.

- Expertise in process improvement, efficiency, and business process optimization.

- Ability to manage workflows and drive organizational governance requirements.

- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to influence and persuade stakeholders.

- Understanding of change management principles.

- Capability to manage multiple projects/programs within required deadlines.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across different time zones and cultures.

- Must promote, support, and guide continuous improvement of the team, its products, and processes.

- Skilled in conflict resolution through negotiation and reasoned discussion.

- Ability to identify issues, dependencies, and team dysfunctions, facilitating swift resolutions.

- A proactive self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- Preferred training and certification in:

- Project Management

- PRINCE

- Agile methodologies

- IT Service Management (ITIL)

Required Experience:

- Professional experience in project and program management, overseeing the entire lifecycle.

- Proven experience managing complex, cross-business unit programs.

- Experience in delivering large-scale IT service projects (Business Transformation).
