Job Description:

As the Commercial Strategy Director at Optimal Growth Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial execution of key strategic priorities across our portfolio. This involves providing high-quality commercial and analytical insights that inform business decisions.

You will lead, manage, and develop a team to support the performance of product and business commercial functions, as well as strategic projects including end-to-end product reviews, product development, operations efficiency, contract reviews, and distribution optimization.

This role requires a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the capacity to problem-solve through an analytical mindset. Key accountabilities include evaluating contracting commercials on new engagements, product performance and insights marketing ROIs, strategy execution, and performance monitoring and optimization.

Additionally, you will work closely with Data and Analytics and the Web analytics team to ensure the right level of reporting drives actionable insights. Accountability includes preparing, prioritizing features & products in line with strategy under PI Planning, reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating success of initiatives against key KPIs, and delivering executive committee presentations.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to draw insights from financial and operational data is essential, along with strong Excel skills and experience engaging and influencing C-level executives.
