About the Role:
This role requires a deep understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems and HR software is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute volume sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English required, and proficiency in Zulu, Xhosa, and Afrikaans beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Prior experience working with Zoho beneficial
- Strong work ethic, comfortable taking and making calls to prospective candidates, and strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
