  • Access integrated medical claims, Rx data, labs/screenings, and self-reported personal health information through EHR.
  • Conduct population analysis reporting quarterly to identify high-risk members.

Key Qualifications

  1. BS from accredited 4-year institution.
  2. Master's or Doctorate Degree.
  3. National certification from an appropriate credentialing body.
