Responsibilities

As a Critical Care Specialist, you will identify and ensure staff undergo department specific micro orientation, conduct daily care rounds, investigate complaints, and provide accurate information to patients and family members.

  • Identifying and ensuring staff undergo department specific micro orientation
  • Ensuring daily care rounds are conducted and investigation of complaints
  • Providing accurate, appropriate and adequate information to patients and family members during hospitalization

You will also be responsible for monitoring and implementing preventative measures to minimize risk, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and complying with ISO requirements.

Requirements
  • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • Nursing Experience of at least 2 years in ICU essential
  • ICU qualification essential
  • Current registration with the relevant professional or regulatory body

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills.
