Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Administrator to join our team at HR Human Solutions Agency. As a Hotel Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and managing all aspects of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and directing guests in a friendly and polite manner
- Providing high-quality customer service at all times
- Managing telephones, emails, and reservations in a prompt and professional manner
- Ensuring accurate recording and filing of all correspondence
- Guaranteeing bookings and applying no-show charges or late cancellation charges where applicable
- Reviewing guest special requests and ensuring they are met or exceeded
- Handling problems effectively and professionally
- Collaborating with all hotel departments to ensure guest expectations are met or exceeded
Requirements:
- Experience in managing customer relations face-to-face and via phone
- High level of spoken and written English
- Customer service skills, including face-to-face, telephone, and email
- Desirable: Proven experience in hospitality, reception, and admin or similar customer-facing roles, cash handling, and familiarity with Opera software
Working Conditions:
