Job DescriptionHSE Controller Key Responsibilities:The HSE Controller will oversee the implementation and maintenance of effective safety and environmental policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for conducting regular training and awareness sessions for staff and contractors.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Safety Policies: Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for staff and contractors to ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities and obligations.
- Incident Reporting and Investigation: Investigate all incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventative measures.
- Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate these risks.
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12
