The Chief Academic Strategist will report to the leadership team and work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional results across all key performance indicators (KPIs).

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to build new sales channels within the College, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Create and launch new qualifications and skills programs that address emerging market needs.
  • Improve graduation rates through targeted interventions and support initiatives.
  • Conduct regular course reviews to ensure alignment with industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage scholarship and bursary programs, ensuring fairness and accessibility.
  • Oversee international funding initiatives, securing vital resources for student success.
  • Lead admissions teams for private and corporate clients, providing personalized support and guidance.
Requirements
  • Minimum degree qualification.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Dean.
  • In-depth understanding of the QCTO environment and its implications for education.
  • Proficiency in LMS tools and student support systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in signing up and selling courses with corporate companies, with preference given to candidates who have achieved significant success in this area.
