Project Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project teams, including staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing contingency plans and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of industry-specific experience in HVAC / Bio Containment within a medical laboratory environment or similar.
  • Experience and sound knowledge of project management principles, including risk management, problem-solving, and project analysis skills.
  • Through understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent organisational, interrelation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in evaluating technical reports and developing technical reporting.
  • Extensive report-writing skills.
  • Computer Literate (MS Office, Internet etc.).
  • Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).
  • Valid drivers license and passport.
