We are seeking a skilled Key Account Representative to join our team. As a Key Account Representative, you will be responsible for generating income and maximising profit from sales and services by providing excellent customer service.
You will perform sales activities to generate sales, achieve sales budgets/targets and income, attract and retain customers, action credit processes/administration in line with policy, and deal with customers in a customer-centric manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess numeracy and literacy equivalent to Grade 12, have strong team work skills, self-motivation/drive, and customer service orientation.
You should also have interpersonal skills, communication skills, initiative, attention to detail, knowledge of sales and prospecting processes and methodologies, knowledge of SAP, business policies & procedures, applicable operating platforms, basic retail knowledge, extensive product knowledge within a specific category, and knowledge of SAP.
