Learning and Talent Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Talent Manager to lead our training academy and drive organizational growth through learning and development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy, identifying and assessing training needs, creating engaging training programs, and measuring their effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Academy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive training academy focused on operational and leadership training.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted training programs.
- Curriculum Development: Create engaging and effective training programs that meet organizational needs.
- Effectiveness Measurement: Evaluate the impact of training programs and make data-driven decisions to improve them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role as a trainer, instructional designer, or Learning and Development Manager.
- Accredited assessor/moderator preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
