Delivery Coordination Manager

We are seeking a Delivery Coordination Manager to join our team at InvisionHR. This role involves coordinating the logistics for food-servicing equipment deliveries and services, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and supporting internal teams in maintaining smooth logistical operations.

The successful candidate will oversee all collections from suppliers as requested by the Procurement Department, arrange and oversee all vehicle maintenance and servicing, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing all deliveries for both Sales (95%) and After-Sales (5%) departments
  • Coordinating and scheduling stock transfers between warehouses and assigning vehicles as required
  • Ensuring all drivers' licensing, Professional Driving Permits (PDPs), lessons, and renewals are up to date

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in food servicing equipment logistics or similar, supply chain management, or a similar field. They will be proficient in computer software, fluent in English, and possess a South African Driver's License.
