Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced senior bar manager for our upmarket restaurant and bar in Bryanston. As a senior bar manager, you will be responsible for managing the bar and restaurant front and back of house, maintaining strong knowledge of liquor cost and stock management, and developing and implementing staff training programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the bar and restaurant front and back of house
  2. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs

Requirements:
