HR Generalist Specialist

As a key member of our team at NDC Personnel & Contractors, you will play a vital role in supporting our operational objectives by providing expert HR guidance to line managers and employees. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the effective delivery of HR services, which includes managing the full recruitment lifecycle, handling labour relations, and driving organisational capability-building initiatives.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
• Handle labour relations, including conflict resolution and compliance matters
• Drive organisational capability-building initiatives to enhance employee performance and development
• Contribute to performance management and succession planning

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. A Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in HR Management or Industrial Psychology is required, along with at least 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a unionised environment. Xhosa fluency is also essential, as you will be required to read, write, and speak the language fluently.
