Craftsman Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and piping work. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.

• Electrical Maintenance:
• Perform routine checks on electrical equipment to identify potential issues
• Carry out repairs and replacements as needed

• Mechanical Maintenance:
• Inspect and maintain mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns
• Perform routine lubrications and adjustments as required

• Piping and Plumbing:
• Inspect and maintain piping systems to prevent leaks and other issues
• Perform repairs and replacements as needed

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be required to maintain accurate records of all work performed and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

• Grade 12 certificate
• Millwright or Electrician trade test
• Proven 3-5 years' experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance
