    • Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental, and Risk management compliance and application of best practices.
    • Enforce Engineering standards and apply asset management best practices to optimize asset value.
    • Lead the multidisciplinary Engineering team.
    • Drive Operational Excellence, specifically availability, reliability, capability, efficiency, and quality.
    • Optimize costs with a focus on managing the life cycle cost of assets.
