Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms, including Career Junction, LinkedIn, and Pnet, to source and identify high-quality candidates. Proactively engage with potential candidates via email and LinkedIn recruiter to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain and manage candidate information in systems like Placement Partner with precision and accuracy. Ensure that all candidate data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Pre-Screening and Interviews: Conduct thorough pre-screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and ensure alignment with available vacancies. Coordinate interviews and meetings with precision to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
  • Candidate Administration: Assist in managing recruitment databases, updating candidate information, and performing bulk changes as needed. Ensure that all candidate records are accurate and complete.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Matric with 7 years of experience in recruitment or a National Diploma with 5 years of experience in recruitment, or a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex recruitment challenges.
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and software, including Placement Partner and other relevant systems.
