Agricultural Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Agronomist to join our team at Exceed Human Resource Consultants Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising between agronomic and hydraulic disciplines in irrigated agriculture, providing research support and initiating relevant research projects, trials, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research support and initiate relevant research projects, trials, and presentations
• Liaise between agronomic and hydraulic disciplines in irrigated agriculture
• Provide sales support before and after sales, and advice to producers, dealers, consultants, and farmers
• Interpret water analysis and provide advice on maintenance
• Train relevant people in the industry and technical sales team
• Initiate and plan tours
• Develop new markets for drip irrigation
• Focus on crops, role players, and institutions within relevant areas

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Honours degree in Soil Science, Horticulture, or Agronomy
• 5 years of relevant working experience
• Driving license (Code B)
• Marketing attitude and commercial-related skills
• Capability to train and work independently
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Low volume irrigation and fertigation
