Medical Sales Representative

As a Medical Sales Representative at Servier, you will play a crucial role in building trusted advisor relationships with healthcare professionals to generate sales and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with Servier products, selling techniques, and compliance management through ongoing training and development.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to influence and drive sales growth.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations proactively.
  • Participate in internal task groups and committees as required.
  • Provide feedback on sales strategies and information from the field to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Meet requirements for customer call rates, frequency, coverage, and CPD activities.

  • Ability to identify, coordinate, and juggle priorities in line with organizational needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BSc Degree with modules including Human Anatomy and/or Physiology.
  • Valid Driver's License (Code 8/B) and sufficient driving experience.
  • Residency in the designated Territory (Gauteng, Pretoria, Cape Town, George, KZN, Port Elizabeth).
  • No prior completion of a Medical Sales Learnership.
