Quantity Surveyor: Cost Management Expert Wanted

We are Hire Resolve, a dynamic company seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in cost management and contract administration.
Job OverviewAs a Quantity Surveyor at Hire Resolve, you will be responsible for reviewing procurement documents, bills of quantities, and cost reports. You will also monitor contractor and consultant performance, provide financial updates, and offer expert advice on quantity surveying matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Cost Management: Review and analyze procurement documents, bills of quantities, and cost reports to ensure accurate pricing and project budgeting.
- Contract Administration: Monitor contractor and consultant performance, provide financial updates, and manage invoicing, payment certificates, and final accounts.
- Project Cash Flow: Oversee project cash flows and assess progress at each stage to ensure timely completion and within budget.
To succeed as a Quantity Surveyor at Hire Resolve, you will need:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably with government or healthcare projects.
- Credentials: SACQSP registration is preferred but not required.
- Skill Set: Strong skills in cost management, reporting, and contract administration, with excellent communication skills.
As a Quantity Surveyor at Hire Resolve, you can expect a competitive salary, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on the successful candidate's background and experience.
