About the Position

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our procurement team at Emporium. In this role, you will provide administrative support and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.

  • Key responsibilities include data inputting, filing, photocopying, and managing emails.
  • You will also be responsible for raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a matric or higher qualification and at least 2-3 years' experience as a procurement/buyers administrator.

  • A strong understanding of excel and other ERP systems is essential, as is the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Candidates should also possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.
