Job Description

The director's diary coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to our director, including diary management, appointment coordination, and office administration. Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the director's diary to ensure effective time management and minimize delays.
  • Book appointments and meetings, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform various office administration tasks, including data entry, email management, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Process payments and invoices accurately and promptly.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
