Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Nursery Nurse to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for planning engaging activities, observing and tracking learning, and developing strong parent partnerships.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement activities tailored to individual children's needs.
- Observe, track, and reflect on learning progress.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents and colleagues.
- Promote child welfare, protection, and health and safety procedures.
- Contribute to a positive work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Full Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children.
- A passion for making learning fun and engaging.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements.
