**Job Summary**

Aim Personnel Services is seeking a qualified Toolroom Foreperson to lead our Cape Town team.

As a seasoned Red Seal Toolmaker or Jig and Dye Maker, you will be responsible for overseeing the toolroom operations and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage the toolroom team
  • Develop and implement toolroom procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in toolmaking or jig and dye making
  • Red Seal certification or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
