About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer, Civil Design to join our team at Fempower. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of civil engineering projects from feasibility studies to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical aspects of design, ensuring compliance with sound engineering standards and practices.
  • Manage project life cycles, including design processes, technology, and equipment selection.
  • Collaborate with operational, maintenance, services, and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with Enterprise-Wide Project Management (EWPM) procedures.
  • Provide technical oversight and direction to project teams and business units.
Requirements
  • BEng Civil Engineering (Essential/Minimum) or equivalent.
  • 6 years of strong understanding of civil engineering principles and design experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lead technical aspects of design.
