Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting current coordinators in completing work orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Work Orders (WOs): Receive, review, and accept WOs after approval from senior management.
  • Assign and Communicate WOs: Allocate WOs to suppliers/contractors and inform them via designated channels.
  • Communication & Follow-ups: Record and manage responses from suppliers/contractors, handle calls professionally, and log comments on WOs.
  • Monitor Emails: Keep stores and senior management informed about WO progress.
  • Assist with Invoices: Help suppliers/contractors load invoices and guide stores on WO closure.
  • Track Quotations: Ensure timely approval of pending quotations.
  • PO & Work Progress Monitoring: Confirm receipt and monitor work completion, verifying WO closure.

Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective writing and speaking skills to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Calm under Pressure: Handle urgent matters promptly and efficiently.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in email and work order systems.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Detailed Oriented: Maintain accurate records of WOs, invoices, and follow-ups.
