Main Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of accounting systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Develop, review, and manage the implementation of aligned and compliant financial policies and procedures.
- Manage financial information, validity, accuracy, and completeness.
Key Performance Indicators
- Manage and review the compilation of management, forecast, budget, and reporting packs.
- Review reconciliation of balance sheet accounts against the ledger.
- Oversee foreign exchange transactions, minimizing forex exposure.
Education and Experience
A BCom degree in a financial field is required. 6 to 8 years' working experience in a financial management environment, experience in a manufacturing environment, and in the management of staff are also necessary.
