Job Description

As a Customer Service Team Member at Leapsports, you will be the first point of contact for our families. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every family feels welcome and valued.

You will work closely with our Office Manager and Owner to develop strong relationships with our families, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in this role.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and update information as necessary.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing inventory.
