About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a Business Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for providing analytical support and insights to address business opportunities and problems.

You will work closely with various departments across the business to aid them in the proper use of data to ensure delivery of desired operational results. This includes developing and applying analytical algorithms and methods to build, test and implement robust mathematical models and analytical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum qualification in Maths, Stats, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, Commerce, Physics or Actuarial Science, and 2-3 years' experience in a similar environment. Proficiency in office products is also required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support and insights to address business opportunities and problems.
  • Develop and apply analytical algorithms and methods to build, test and implement robust mathematical models and analytical solutions.
  • Work closely with various departments across the business to aid them in the proper use of data.
  • Analyse information requirements, availability and quality of data to feed into management for resolution.
  • Collaborate with numerous departments across the business to aid them in the proper use of data to ensure delivery of desired operational results.
