Academic Ambassador

This role is an ideal fit for a dynamic individual with a passion for the beauty industry who enjoys engaging with people and has excellent communication skills.

• BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, parents, and prospects.
• PROMOTION AND LEAD GENERATION: Creating and implementing effective strategies to build a database of suitable candidates according to set targets.
• SALES PERFORMANCE: Converting leads into student enrollments in line with set targets.
• AFTER-SALES SUPPORT: Providing exceptional customer service by managing customer relationships on our EMC system and tracking pipeline activities.
• EVENT ORGANIZATION: Initiating, organizing, and attending events such as open days, school talks, and industry trade shows.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Matric Certificate
• A Somatology, Health & Skin Care, or Beauty Therapy qualification
• The ability and willingness to travel extensively for recruitment activities

We are looking for individuals who have at least three years of experience in a similar or sales & marketing role and possess fluency in both Afrikaans and English due to our client base.
