About the Role

Fedex is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience when interacting with our company. Your friendly and professional demeanor will be instrumental in building strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist customers in a courteous and efficient manner, providing them with outstanding customer service.
  2. Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services and products via various communication channels.
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our computer systems and cash handling procedures.
  4. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services and procedures to effectively assist customers and provide guidance.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold our company standards.
  8. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and making necessary recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and solving problems.
  • Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and holidays.
