Main Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive financial advice and guidance to clients, including investment, savings, and retirement planning.
  • Negotiate and secure new business deals, growing the Sanlam Adviser Business and increasing revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of Grade 12 qualification and successful completion of the FAIS 'Fit and Proper' requirements and Regulatory Examination if registered with the FSCA for more than 24 months.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting production targets and achieving budgeted results.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients, think critically, and work independently.
