About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at Stonebridge HR Solutions. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional bookkeeping services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing accounts from trial balance to finalization. You will also have expertise in FMCG industry accounting, Pastel Evolution, VAT, and e-filing.

In this role, you will be responsible for capturing invoices and processing payments for suppliers, invoicing and capturing debtor payments, reconciling and processing cashbooks, and preparing audit files after year-end. You will also be required to perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the FMCG industry

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting software
