Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright to join our team at NDC Personnel & Contractors. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment in a manufacturing or food production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating and cleaning equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment downtime
Requirements
  • Qualified Trade Certificate as a Millwright
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of plant maintenance experience
  • 2-3 years of turning and machining experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
  • Team-player mentality
