Job Title: Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at Network Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing structural systems for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration and Design: Work closely with architects, designers, and other engineering disciplines to create innovative structural designs that meet project requirements and codes.
  • Analysis and Calculations: Perform structural analysis and calculations using industry-standard software and tools to ensure the integrity and safety of our projects.
  • Documentation and Communication: Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents, and effectively communicate with team members and clients to ensure project success.
  • Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing structures and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Technical Reporting: Prepare and review technical reports and documentation for clients and regulatory authorities.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with local and national building codes and regulations, and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of the project.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Experience: 8 years of proven experience in structural engineering.
  • Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis software such as AutoDesk products, Prokon, MS Office, and MS Project; strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, ASCE).
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; effective communication and teamwork abilities.
