Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant or Cash Flow Coordinator to join our team at BLACK TIE RECRUIT. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's cash flow and ensuring accurate financial records.

About the Role
This is a challenging opportunity for an individual with strong accounting skills and experience in managing cash flow. You will work closely with the finance team to prepare daily cash flow reports, reconcile bank statements, and maintain the fixed asset register on SYSPRO. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date.

Responsibilities
- Prepare daily cash flow reports to ensure accurate forecasting of future financial needs
- Reconcile bank statements to verify accuracy of financial transactions
- Maintain the fixed asset register on SYSPRO to ensure accurate tracking of company assets
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Grade 12 and preferably a tertiary qualification in Accounting/Bookkeeping
- Computer literate knowledge of the Syspro system would be an added advantage
- Be conscientious and diligent
- Have more than 3 years experience in administration
- Must have demonstrable experience in working with a cash book
- Good communication skills (Verbal and written)
- Basic accounting skills
