Job Overview

Catch Recruit is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to be the face of our company to prospective customers. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact between us and potential clients, responsible for sharing our vision, building professional relationships, and generating new business through introductions, meetings, and demo calls.

Responsibilities

  1. Pipeline Development: Identify and prospect new potential clients, researching companies to determine fit and reach out to prospects to gauge interest.
  2. Lead Generation: Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn, scheduling high-quality meetings and product demonstrations.
  3. Relationship Building: Develop new opportunities for your pipeline and achieve your personal activity goals daily, following up and engaging with potential customers who were interested but did not buy.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Report to management on activities, targets, and key results, developing new sales strategies based on personal successes and failures.
  5. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with Account Executives to generate deals and collaborate with the SDR Manager to meet SDR Team goals.

Role Requirements

  1. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, maintaining a positive attitude in the face of rejection or criticism.
  2. Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and tactically, with great organization and order skills and strong attention to detail.
  3. Team Collaboration: Experience collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams, patient and able to practice good phone etiquette.
  4. Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy skills, experience using a CRM (i.e. Hubspot) - an advantage.
  5. Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, International Relations, or Law or a related field - A MUST.
