Key Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain collaborative working relationships with relevant peers and stakeholders to achieve productivity synergies.
  • Implement, monitor, and control business processes according to quality standards, policy, and compliance and governance requirements in the area of accountability.
  • Review existing processes and suggest innovative ideas to improve and streamline processes to drive efficiencies and minimize redundancy.
  • Monitor customer feedback reports and align processes to maximize efficiencies.
  • Ensure that each employee prepares a personal development plan that is implemented and reviewed as required.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance.
  • Lead and manage a team of developers geared towards consistent project delivery.
  • Release management throughout the SDLC, environment management including INT, PPD, and Stress.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and ensure clear communication across all parties.
  • Provide innovative ideas and solutions to not only business problems but technical and system processes.
  • Design and collaborate with architects and other team leads to develop solutions of high quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum: Diploma or required certification.
  • Preferred: Degree and/or relevant certification.
  • 3 to 5 Years experience, including at least 3 in a lead role.
  • Preferred: Banking Industry Experience.
