About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Mobile Application Developer to join our team at ShortPoint. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting mobile applications with a seamless user experience, adhering to best practices.
  • Collaborating with UI/UX designers to translate designs into intuitive interfaces.
  • Conducting comprehensive testing, including unit tests, integration tests, and widget tests.
  • Resolving bugs and optimizing app performance for speed and reliability.
  • Identifying and rectifying bottlenecks and memory leaks.
  • Implementing robust security measures to safeguard user data.
  • Establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for streamlined app deployment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science.
  • Proven experience as a mobile app developer with a strong focus on Flutter.
  • Proficiency in the Dart programming language.
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • A portfolio of previous Flutter projects for review is preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Good English communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Stable internet connection.
  • Must have great problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to think creatively, take ownership, and must be able to learn quickly, and improvise as per the needs.
Good to Have
  • Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in native development (Android or iOS) is a plus.
