Job Description

At Transaction Junction (Pty) Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Junction Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of our payment applications and supporting software.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with experience in manual and automated testing methodologies. They will be responsible for planning and executing tests, identifying and reporting defects, and working closely with development teams to resolve issues.

A key aspect of this role will be to develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts, as well as to ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality products and services. If you have a strong understanding of testing principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science or equivalent prior learning.
  • Certified Test Analyst.

Requirements

This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior test role, with a strong background in testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing methodologies, as well as knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
